Alcohol: I failed the alcohol breath test

• What was the time interval between the breath tests and how much did you breathalyze?
• Can you estimate how long it took for the police to ask you to take a breath test after stopping your vehicle? How many minutes would you guess it was?
• Did you also have a blood draw? If so, do you have the result yet?
• Did you drink alcohol prior to driving and if so, when and in what quantity?
• What did you tell the police on the spot?
• Did the police seize your driver’s licence on the spot?
• Were you the driver of the vehicle at the time in question?
• When and where did the check take place? Please tell us the place and date.
